1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using our mobile application, প্রাথমিক শিক্ষক নিয়োগ সহায়িকা (the "App"), developed by NextGen Software Tech ("we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use the App.

2. Description of Service

The App is an educational platform designed to assist users in preparing for primary school teacher recruitment exams in Bangladesh. The services include access to study materials, quizzes, an exam date countdown timer, and other preparation-related features (the "Service").

3. User Accounts and Responsibilities

You agree not to use the App for any purpose that is illegal or prohibited by these Terms. You are responsible for all your activity in connection with the Service. You shall not:

• Attempt to decompile, reverse engineer, or otherwise derive the source code of the App.
• Use the App for any commercial purpose without our prior written consent.
• Copy, distribute, or modify any part of the App's content, except as explicitly permitted.
• Interfere with the proper working of the App.

4. Intellectual Property Rights

Our Property: All rights to the App (excluding Third-Party Content) are the exclusive property of NextGen Software Tech.

Third-Party Content (NCTB Textbooks): The App provides access to educational materials from the National Curriculum and Textbook Board (NCTB), Bangladesh.

• We acknowledge that all copyrights for these textbooks belong solely to NCTB. The official website for NCTB is http://www.nctb.gov.bd/.
• This content is available for personal, non-commercial educational purposes only.
• If you are a copyright holder and believe your content is being used improperly, please contact us.

5. Third-Party Services and Advertisements

The App integrates third-party services like Firebase and Google AdMob, which are governed by their own terms. We are not responsible for these third-party services.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without any warranties. You use the Service at your own risk. We do not warrant that the information provided is accurate, complete, or current. Any reliance you place on such information is strictly at your own risk.

7. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall NextGen Software Tech be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the App.

8. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to our App immediately, without prior notice, if you breach these Terms.

9. Changes to the Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. By continuing to use the App after revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed in accordance with the laws of Bangladesh.
