Data Deletion Instructions

If you want to remove your data from NextGen Chatbot, follow these steps:

Option 1: Remove via Facebook

1. Go to your Facebook Account Settings.
2. Navigate to "Settings & Privacy" > "Settings".
3. Scroll down to "Business Integrations" or "Apps and Websites".
4. Find "NextGen Chatbot" and click "Remove".

Option 2: Request Manual Deletion

Send an email to mansuraakterakhi68@gmail.com with your Facebook Profile Name and a request to delete your data. We will process your request within 48 hours and wipe your data from our servers.
